Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research-grade compounds supplied by Pepti-Genix, our returns policy is necessarily restricted. Please read the following carefully before placing an order.

Right of Return

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, sealed scientific consumables that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right once unsealed. As such, we are unable to accept returns of opened, unsealed, or partially used product.

Unopened and unsealed product in its original tamper-evident packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unopened, unsealed, and in its original outer and inner packaging
• The product must have been stored in accordance with the storage conditions stated on the certificate of analysis
• You must contact us at returns@pepti-genix.com within 14 days of receipt to obtain a returns authorisation number
• The returned product must reach our facility within 14 days of the returns authorisation being issued

Damaged or Faulty Product

If product arrives damaged, leaking, or visibly compromised, please photograph the outer packaging and inner vials before opening and contact us at returns@pepti-genix.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund including original postage.

If product fails to meet the specification stated on the accompanying certificate of analysis, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with details of the independent analysis you have conducted. Verified out-of-specification product will be replaced or refunded in full.

Incorrect Product Supplied

If we have supplied a product different from that ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange collection and supply the correct product at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable in any circumstance:

• Any product whose tamper-evident seal has been broken
• Any product that has been reconstituted, opened, or removed from its original packaging
• Any product that has been stored outside the recommended storage conditions
• Any product purchased more than 14 days prior

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 working days of our receipt and inspection of the returned product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a faulty product.

Return Address

A returns authorisation number must be obtained before any product is returned. Returned product without a returns authorisation will be refused at the point of delivery. The return address will be supplied with your returns authorisation number.

Statutory Rights

This returns policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
