What does “research grade” mean?
Research grade refers to compounds synthesised to a level of purity and documentation suitable for controlled scientific investigation. Our peptides are produced in ISO-certified facilities with independent HPLC verification and carry a Certificate of Analysis confirming 99%+ purity. They are not manufactured to pharmaceutical or food-grade standards for human consumption.
Are these peptides for human use?
No. All compounds sold by Pepti-Genix are strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not approved for human consumption, veterinary use, or any clinical application. By purchasing, customers confirm they are qualified researchers using the compounds solely for in vitro or in vivo scientific investigation. We do not provide administration guidance.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?
Yes. A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) from an independent, accredited laboratory is available with every order. The CoA confirms compound identity, purity percentage (99%+), and HPLC results. CoAs can be requested via your order confirmation or by contacting our team.
How are products shipped and how fast?
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours from our UK facility. Products are shipped lyophilised (freeze-dried) in cold chain compliant, tamper-evident, light-protective packaging. We use tracked Royal Mail or courier services. Estimated UK delivery is 1-3 business days after dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is under consideration – please contact us to register your interest. It is your responsibility to verify the legal status of research compounds in your jurisdiction before ordering.
What payment methods do you accept?

How should products be stored, and what is the shelf life?
Lyophilised peptides should be stored at -20 degrees C (freezer) for long-term stability, or at 4 degrees C (refrigerator) for short-term use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. When stored correctly, lyophilised peptides typically maintain integrity for 12-24 months. Once reconstituted, use within the timeframe specified on your CoA.
What does “lyophilised” mean?
Lyophilisation (freeze-drying) is a process that removes water from the peptide under low temperature and pressure, leaving a stable, powdered form. This method preserves molecular structure during storage and shipping, and is the industry standard for research peptide preservation. Lyophilised peptides are reconstituted with bacteriostatic water prior to use in laboratory settings.
Are research peptides legal in the UK?
Research peptides are not controlled substances under the UK Misuse of Drugs Act. The compounds we supply are legal to purchase and possess in the UK for legitimate research purposes. However, it is illegal to supply them for human consumption or to make medicinal claims. Pepti-Genix operates strictly within the research supply framework and does not endorse any use outside this context.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns of opened products. If your order arrives damaged, incorrectly supplied, or with a quality concern, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Unopened, incorrectly ordered items may be returned within 14 days in original packaging.
How can I verify the purity of my compounds?
Each batch is independently verified by accredited third-party laboratories using HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and mass spectrometry. Your Certificate of Analysis includes the chromatogram, purity percentage, and molecular weight confirmation. If you require raw data files or additional verification documentation, contact our team.
