Shipping Policy

Pepti-Genix dispatches all orders from our United Kingdom logistics facility. The information below describes our standard dispatch and delivery procedures.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 13:00 UK time on a working day are processed and dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 13:00, at weekends, or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the following working day. We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or English bank holidays.

United Kingdom Delivery

• Standard tracked delivery — £5.00 — typically delivered within 1 to 2 working days from dispatch
• Free standard tracked delivery on UK orders over £100.00

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD next-day courier. A tracking reference is emailed to you when your order leaves our facility. Signature on delivery is required for orders over £75.00.

International Delivery

• International tracked delivery — £15.00 — typically delivered within 5 to 10 working days from dispatch, subject to destination customs processing

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked or an equivalent courier service. The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or charges levied by the destination country. Pepti-Genix has no influence over customs processing times.

Packaging

All compounds are supplied as lyophilised powder in sealed vials and packed in temperature-stable, discreet outer packaging. Where ambient temperatures during transit may exceed safe handling ranges, additional insulation may be included at our discretion at no extra cost.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We will dispatch to the address provided at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a depot will be refunded less the original cost of postage and a £5.00 restocking fee.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch for UK orders, or 20 working days for international orders, please contact us with your order number and we will open an investigation with the courier. We do not consider parcels lost before these timeframes have elapsed, in line with carrier policy.

Restricted Destinations

We do not currently ship to the following destinations: Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and any jurisdiction subject to applicable UK trade sanctions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order to any destination at our sole discretion.
