These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pepti-Genix website at pepti-genix.com and the purchase of any compound or product listed in our catalogue. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Pepti-Genix Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered address and company number are available on request. We supply research-grade peptide compounds to qualified researchers and research institutions.
2. Eligibility
You may only place an order with Pepti-Genix if you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, and accept our Research Use Only terms in full.
3. Research Use Only
All compounds supplied by Pepti-Genix are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory research. They are not licensed medicinal products, not intended for human or veterinary consumption, and not suitable for use in or on any human or animal body. Misuse of any compound is at the sole risk and responsibility of the purchaser. You agree to be bound by the full Research Use Only declaration.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we accept your order by sending a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion including where we have reasonable grounds to believe the intended use is unlawful or contrary to our policies.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Pepti-Genix reserves the right to amend prices at any time, but accepted orders will be honoured at the price at which they were accepted. Payment is taken in full at the point of order via our authorised payment processors. Title to the goods passes to you on receipt of cleared funds in full.
6. Delivery
Delivery terms and times are described in our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Returns and Refunds
Our returns policy is described in Returns & Refunds. Due to the nature of research consumables, opened or unsealed product is not eligible for return except in the case of fault.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and structured data is the property of Pepti-Genix Ltd or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not use this website to:
- Place an order intending to use any compound for human consumption, administration, or any application not permitted by our Research Use Only terms
- Resell or redistribute compounds to any party intending to use them outside legitimate research
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Use the website in any unlawful or fraudulent manner
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to the above, our total liability arising from or in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss arising from the use or misuse of any compound supplied.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Pepti-Genix Ltd, our officers, employees, and agents against any claim, loss, or damage arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of any compound supplied.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or any contract for the supply of goods is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any revision applies to orders placed after the date of revision. The current version is always available on this page.
